This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK Student Recruitment department as part of our UK Conversion Team, supporting our work to attract, engage and convert prospective UK students to the University of Wolverhampton. The UK Conversion Officer (FABSS) plays a key role in delivering targeted student recruitment and conversion activity, working with applicants from the point of application through to enrolment.
As part of the UK Student Recruitment department, the UK Conversion Team leads activity that supports the full prospective student journey, ensuring applicants receive the right information, guidance and support at the right time.
About The RoleYou will contribute to the delivery of key actions within the UK Recruitment Strategy, with a particular focus on conversion activities during the ‘application to enrolment’ stages. Working closely with the Recruitment Coordinator and Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences (FABSS) recruitment colleagues, you will:
- Develop and deliver targeted conversion activity (e.g., outbound nurturing campaigns)
- Manage operational aspects of faculty-level conversion plans
- Support coordination of faculty staff during confirmation and clearing
- Work collaboratively across the department and wider university to ensure a consistent approach to student recruitment and conversion
