This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Conversion Team as a Conversion Assistant (FEHW), playing a key role in supporting prospective students from application through to enrolment. You will provide essential logistical and organisational support to deliver a range of events and activities, with primary responsibility for those linked to the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing.
Working closely with the Conversion Officer, you will help create engaging experiences that encourage applicants to take the next step in their journey. You will coordinate and support events such as applicant days, interviews, and conversion activities, while also managing applicant enquiries and non-standard admissions queries. The role involves close collaboration with admissions teams, academic colleagues, and wider recruitment staff to ensure a smooth and joined-up approach.
You will also contribute to key institutional activity, including Confirmation and Clearing, and support the effective use of systems to track and enhance conversion activity. Weβre looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with strong communication and customer service skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively. This role offers valuable experience across events, recruitment, and applicant engagement, with occasional evening and weekend work required to support events.
