Join the University’s Digital/IT team as a graduate intern Digital Ambassador. Are you a graduate from the University of Wolverhampton looking to start your career in digital technology? You don’t need a tech degree - just an interest in digital tools, innovation and supporting others! This is a two year, fixed-term, full-time graduate position.

As a Digital Ambassador graduate intern, you’ll help staff and students adopt technology, champion digital fluency, and create engaging experiences for learning and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote digital engagement and best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, digital clinics and drop-ins.
  • Create resources like guides, videos, and FAQs, for a range of channels.
  • Gather feedback and share IT service updates.

You will be joining a team at the heart of an ambitious transformation, driven by our Digital Vision & Strategy – The Digital Leader Transforming Lives. This is a full-time, two-year, fixed term, graduate role, which benefits from working flexibly, with a mix of working on campus, in the office and from home.
