The Director of Registry Services is a key senior role at the university with responsibility for 13 distinct departments delivering student administration, service, policy, and regulatory compliance. The exciting role will establish and deliver the strategic and operational objectives of Registry Services aligned to those of the overall Student Journey and wider University strategic ambitions.
You will have considerable experience of leadership in a higher education context, be a critical and innovative thinker with excellent analytical and technical skills, and possess a comprehensive understanding of university processes and the regulatory and statutory frameworks it operates within (OfS, SLC, UKVI, HESA, ESFA).
