The University Campus Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across university buildings, classrooms, offices, and communal areas including a sports centre. This is a manual and physically demanding role that involves a range of cleaning duties requiring attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a facilities team. You will be responsible for completing designated cleaning duties to the required standards set by management within time constraints set by opening hours of the campus. The position supports the university’s commitment to providing a positive and hygienic space for students, staff, and visitors. Walsall Campus is a busy 52‑week campus and cleanliness is a high priority in the current environment.

Cleaning experience is essential and an aptitude for hard work, a willingness to learn how to use different equipment and flexible and adaptable approach.
