WLV Sport is looking to recruit a new Sports Assistant/ Fitness Instructor. Do you have a passion for sport and physical activity and want to work in a role that allows you to gain experience across sports facility operations, fitness, personal training, class instruction and sports development? Please note that the salary advertised is based on a standard salary of £24,309 - £24,685 per annum plus enhancements for evening (after 8pm) and weekend shifts.

  • Fitness instruction, leading group exercise classes and assisting with other sports centre duties are the norm while supporting the delivery of national and international events are also included.
  • Willingness to develop is a key factor in what we are looking for.
  • You will work on a rota basis doing mornings, evenings and weekends with core business hours starting from 6am through to 10:30pm so flexibility is paramount.
