Centre for International Development and Training (CIDT) seeks an exceptional educator to lead Student Success and Graduate Outcomes across the full student lifecycle – from access and belonging to achievement, employability, and alumni success.

As Student Success and Graduate Outcomes Lead you will:

  • Shape and evidence impact across the student journey;
  • Provide evidence of outstanding teaching and pedagogy, demonstrating excellence through practice;
  • Deliver excellent student outcomes and feedback, maintain strong NSS performance, and embed employability within teaching and learning;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Faculties, influencing through credibility and example;
  • Lead change in resistant areas, contribute to strategic university projects and KPIs, and drive effectiveness.
