The University of Wolverhampton is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant within the Educational Partnership Unit (EPU). The EPU administrator will work as part of the wider EPU team to provide high quality and timely administrative support to the partnership unit and to the University’s educational partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and service University and Unit level committees, preparing clear, concise and accurate minutes, and updating action logs.
- Organise travel arrangements for partnership visits and events, diary arrangements and undertake the logistics for partnership relationship management activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop robust systems that deliver streamlined academic administration to partner organisations.
- Support the Team’s Business Partners and Compliance Managers with the provision of reports for monitoring and audit purposes, including information relating to OfS requirements and conditions.
- Develop and maintain digital filing systems and create an up‑to‑date schedule of partnership visits.
- Based in Wolverhampton, work across all campus locations.
