The University of Wolverhampton is recruiting for a Director of Educational Partnerships . The Director of Educational Partnerships will lead the new Educational Partnership Unit (EPU) within the Directorate of Academic Development and Success (ADS). The role involves managing the quality and performance of the University’s UK and transnational education (TNE) partnerships, ensuring procedures are robust and compliant with regulations, while being responsive to university growth. The Director will oversee the EPU in supporting colleagues and partnership staff, developing and implementing training, policies, and processes as needed. The Director will have oversight of educational partnership management and serve as the key contact and expert on the University’s educational partnerships. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on partnership performance and informing the University executive about UK/TNE partner activities. About the Directorate of Academic Development and Success The Directorate develops and implements institutional frameworks, standards, and policies for all aspects of the University’s taught portfolio. It provides support for students and staff related to academic skills, online and lifelong learning, and leads on the University’s Access and Participation Plan (APP). The Directorate ensures the University’s educational portfolio is high quality, sustainable, and aligned with the curriculum framework, delivering excellent student outcomes. It supports activities such as continuous monitoring and improvement (CMI), curriculum review, and responses to surveys like the National Student Survey, Postgraduate Teaching Experience Survey, and Graduate Outcomes Survey. The Directorate plays a key role in enhancing the impact of activities supporting the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and collaborates with academic faculties and the Student Journey Directorate to deliver the University’s Student Success Strategy.
