Full-Time Admissions Administrative Assistant x3
The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to appoint proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Administrative Assistants to support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and applicant-focused admissions service. These roles have been created in response to the University’s significant growth in Transnational Education (TNE) and UK-based partnerships. As application volumes increase across collaborative programmes, these posts will provide essential administrative support to ensure the Admissions team can continue to deliver timely, accurate, and consistent service to all applicants. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Admissions team, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring applicant-facing systems and communications are up to date.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing applications in line with published entry criteria and internal procedures.
- Maintaining accurate applicant records using systems such as SITS, Enrol, and CRM.
- Monitoring and responding to inbox queries and help desk tickets.
- Creating and maintaining live web links and supporting basic web amendments.
- Assisting with interview scheduling and applicant communications.
- Chasing outstanding portfolio assessments and updating records.
- Reviewing approval links across faculty areas to support decision-making workflows.
- Supporting the team during peak periods such as confirmation, clearing and enrolment.
What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications, including English and Maths.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes (training provided).
