I am looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Personal Assistant to support me with daily living. The goal of this role is to help me maintain my independence and ensure a high quality of life within my own home by assisting me first thing in the morning. You need to be someone who takes pride in helping others and understands the importance of dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Ileostomy changing (Training will be provided.)
  • Personal Care: Assistance with transfer from bed, assistance to bathroom and dressing.
  • Domestic Support: Light housework, laundry, and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Helping to prepare breakfast while I am washing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communicative: Able to listen well and follow instructions clearly.
  • Slide Board or Hoist experience will be an advantage but not essential as instruction will be provided.
