If you have 2+ years of experience in volunteer or corporate engagement and thrive in a hybrid, family-centric environment, we want you. You will be instrumental in overseeing the entire volunteer ecosystem—from recruitment to retention—for our powerful Dads for Life and Mums for Life movements, helping us strengthen families across the nation.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

  • Volunteer Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for volunteer recruitment and retention for Dads for Life (DFL) and Mums for Life (MFL).
  • Outreach & Sourcing: Execute campaigns and build relationships with schools, corporations, and community groups to source new volunteers.
  • Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver orientation and role-specific training programs. Coordinate trainers (including for Singapore Prison Services) and organize quarterly onboarding briefings.
  • Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive volunteer culture, organize appreciation events, and manage volunteer engagement for CFF events.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the Volunteer Management System (VMS) and CRM databases. Track volunteer hours and process monthly trainer honorarium claims.
  • Corporate Engagement: Support strategic development by maintaining corporate partner databases and exploring new collaboration opportunities.

  • Core Skills: Strong administrative, organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and social media savvy.
