About the Role

Working location: Onsite. You will be working closely with the Head of Buying to forecast and plan with suppliers and the broader team. The role requires forward planning and anticipating customer demand to maintain warehouse stock and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also coach junior buying team members where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast product requirements in line with a stringent critical path.
  • Predict and respond at pace to changes in customer demand.
  • Create purchase orders for products at pace.
  • Collaborate with the wider DFYNE team.
  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Coach and develop junior members of the buying team.

Experience Needed

No formal experience required, but a background in buying or merchandising is desirable.
