An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to work within the Someone to Talk to Service Delivery team. Centre 33 is a well-respected charity based in five Hubs in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and is well known for providing support to young people.
You will provide a provision of full administration support to the Someone to Talk to service, including but not limited to handling incoming communication and enquiries from service users and external agencies via our frontline telephone, email, WhatsApp and text streams, providing admin support during our drop-in services, as well as supporting referrals, bookings and managing waiting lists for our services.
This role requires working every day from our Centre 33 Cambridge hub. There will be some travel to other hubs within Cambridgeshire for training and team development.
