Centre 33 is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team and provide expertise across all aspects of the HR operation. If you are passionate about people and are highly efficient, we would like to meet you. Excellent organisational skills and relevant experience is a priority for this position.
The purpose of your job is to be responsible for the human resources requirements for Centre 33, management of HR systems, processes, policies, and organisational support and governance. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees and volunteers while conforming to employment laws and internal policies.
Your main base will be within Cambridgeshire; your main hub base will be dependent on your location, but you will work alongside colleagues working from all our hubs across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
