Your role & influence as Service Desk Representative:
Responsibility:You will be given responsibility for delivering exceptional customer support by resolving technical issues, managing cases efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that helps customers succeed and stay satisfied.
Collaboration:Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality customer support, meeting SLA commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments Delivery, Operations, and Sales to provide a seamless support experience and resolve customer needs efficiently.
Core Activities:- Provide first‑line support to customers via phone and email, delivering a professional and customer‑focused service experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with colleagues and specialist teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Manage and follow up on support cases according to ITIL processes, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication throughout the case lifecycle.
