Ansvar

Du vil få ansvar for den daglige HR‑støtten i Norge, samtidig som du støtter Danmark i generelle HR‑relaterte spørsmål og bidrar med kompetanse innen blant annet lokal arbeidsrett, forhandlinger og HR‑prosesser.

Samarbeid

Sammen med teamet ditt sørger du for profesjonell og effektiv HR‑støtte til ledere og medarbeidere.

Du samarbeider tett med HR Advisor‑teamet og relevante interessenter på tvers av den nordiske organisasjonen for å videreutvikle HR‑prosesser og arbeidsmåter.

  • Håndtere daglige HR‑oppgaver og gi støtte og veiledning til ledere og medarbeidere i HR‑relaterte spørsmål, inkludert norsk og dansk arbeidsrett.
  • Bli et sentralt kontaktpunkt for den norske fagforeningen, delta i Arbeidsmiljøutvalget og samarbeide med lønnsleverandøren ved behov.
