Your role & influence as Business Development Manager Lenovo
Responsibility:You will be given responsibility for developing and executing the strategic growth plan for Lenovo in Norway, identifying new commercial opportunities and translating them into sustainable business growth.
Collaboration:Together with your team, you take care of growing the Lenovo business in Norway and achieving ambitious sales and category growth targets. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Vendor Management departments, while maintaining strong relationships with Lenovo and other external stakeholders through regular strategic and operational meetings.
Core Activities- Drive ambitious sales growth for Lenovo within the relational sales segment in Norway by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing targeted growth plans. Specific KPIs and growth targets will be agreed upon at a later stage.
- Act as the key link between Dustin Account Managers and Lenovo Account Managers, bringing both teams together to align priorities, strengthen collaboration, and maximize commercial success.
- Work closely with the Vendor Manager to develop and launch impactful sales and marketing activities that increase Lenovo’s market presence, generate demand, and accelerate business growth.
- You will work from our office in Moss at least two days per week and from Lenovo’s office in Oslo once per week.
