This is a broad HR generalist role supporting the full People agenda across the business. The role offers day‑to‑day exposure to senior leaders and covers people analytics, learning & development support, employee relations, and people operations. The role is ideal for a graduate or early‑career HR professional who is analytical, detail‑focused, and keen to build a well‑rounded HR skillset while working closely with experienced People leaders.

No two days will be the same — from preparing dashboards and reports for board meetings, to coordinating training programmes, supporting managers with employee relations issues, and ensuring smooth onboarding and training delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Learning & development support
  • Work closely with the Head of Learning & Development to support learning programmes
  • Help produce learning impact and effectiveness reports
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops and onboarding programmes, including booking, scheduling, logistics and attendance tracking
  • Support the smooth delivery of learning initiatives end‑to‑end
  • People analytics & reporting
  • Support the Chief People Officer with the preparation of people dashboards, reports and insights for leadership and board meetings
  • Compile and analyse people data (e.g. engagement, learning uptake, absence, turnover) to support decision‑making
  • Support HR Operations with accuracy and consistency of people data across HR systems
  • Employee relations & manager support
  • Support managers with employee relations processes, including return‑to‑work conversations and early‑stage case management
  • Assist with preparing documentation, notes and follow‑up actions for ER cases
  • Ensure processes are handled consistently, accurately and in line with policy
Skills & experience
  • Essential
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data, reports and dashboards
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in building a broad career in HR and People
  • Desirable
  • Graduate‑level qualification (or equivalent) in HR, business or a related field
  • Some experience in an HR, people, operations or analytical role (internship, placement or graduate role)
  • Exposure to learning coordination, reporting, or people systems
  • Interest in people analytics, HR technology or learning impact measurement
