Are you practical, proactive and passionate about creating safe, welcoming environments where children can thrive? We’re looking for four enthusiastic and reliable Premises Officers to become a vital part of our school communities. This is a hands-on and rewarding role where no two days are the same β€” from maintaining our buildings and grounds to supporting events and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school sites. As part of Mersey View Learning Trust, you’ll play a key role in helping us provide outstanding learning environments for our students, staff and wider community.

What You’ll Be Doing

πŸ”§ Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance
πŸ” Ensuring the security and safety of school premises
πŸ’‘ Monitoring heating, lighting, alarms and site systems
🚚 Supporting deliveries, porterage and room setups
🧹 Helping maintain clean, safe and welcoming facilities
πŸ”₯ Acting as a Fire Marshall and supporting health & safety compliance
🀝 Working closely with contractors, staff and community users
🏫 Supporting school events and after-hours activities.
