The Role
At Lane7, our people are the heartbeat of our brand. As a People Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience across our venues—supporting managers, guiding teams, and ensuring our people processes are consistent, compliant, and full of Lane7 personality. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR, helping us create a workplace where people feel supported, empowered, and set up to thrive.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end employee relations case management, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and absence.
- Coach and guide managers through ER processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks, ensuring version control and legal alignment.
- Manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and smooth workflows.
- Oversee compliant onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, documentation, and system setup.
- Deliver training to managers and teams on ER processes, people policies, and best practice.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and team members, acting as a trusted and approachable point of contact.
- Support the People Lead with people projects, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Produce people metrics and insights to support decision-making and identify trends or risks.
