Hall & Woodhouse is a leading independent regional brewer with an established pub estate of beautiful pubs in great locations across the South of England. We are looking for an energetic and inspirational personality to support the day-to-day operation of the Hall & Woodhouse Visitor Centre, with a particular focus on the Brewery Shop, tour administration, and the coordination of weddings, conferences, and internal events. This is a hands-on role, combining retail operations, administration, visitor experience, and event coordination.

The successful candidate will help ensure that visitors receive a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience whilst supporting the smooth running of the shop and Visitor Centre across multiple areas.

  • Building your career in hospitality event planning & management
  • Available to work 35 hours, 5 days from 7 including weekends and occasional evenings
  • A competent administrator adept with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Familiar with digital booking and invoicing systems, stock control and retail processes
  • Well presented and able to follow standard procedures to manage and execute events effectively
  • Able to commit to support the Visitor & Experience Manager in developing the events business
  • Responsible and reliable working alone and willing to support the wider department as required
  • Guest focused, highly motivated and enthusiastic about making people's day
  • A great team player who cares about what you do, and always strives to be the best version of yourself
