About You:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service.
- Interest in adult education with the ability to listen and have empathy and understanding of the barriers learners face.
- Ability to follow procedures timely and accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work on deadlines.
- Excellent computing skills, including Microsoft Office package.
- Good interpersonal skills including ability to deal with a wide range of people in person and over the phone.
- Ability to use own initiative to problem solve.

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time, hybrid role to join our Learning Support team based in Central London. The Learner Support Administrator will be pivotal in ensuring the right information, advice and guidance is provided to support the learner’s needs across all programs within YMCAfit.
You will provide administrative support to our students (such as guiding them with applications for student loans) and assist the wider teams to ensure all aspects of the course delivery is fulfilled. Our Administrators are the main point of contact for YMCAfit students outside of the classroom environment and provide advice and guidance over the phone and via email, and ensure that all student enquiries are responded to and appropriate support is provided.
