The Day to Day
Youll be a customer service role model and help to coach your teamyoull also deputise for the Manager when needed.
From Assistant Manager its only a small step up to Manager.
Were always on the lookout for leaders who can motivate others and use their commercial instincts to drive success.
Who we're looking for
We want to hear from experienced managers and supervisors who understand the value of coaching and developing others.
You will have:
A full UK Driving Licence.
Management/supervisory experience.
Leadership experience.
Customer and team focus.
A values-led approach.
Proven ability to drive sales and turnover.
