Requirements:
- Were looking for expert-level understanding of Microsoft 365 services and apps, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, including associated security and compliance tools.
- We require at least 3 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft 365 collaboration services and delivering solutions using these products.
- We value an understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to help clients identify their needs.
- We require strong technical knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Were looking for proven experience leading projects from start to finish, preferably in a consultancy or internal IT services role.
- We value an understanding of how to plan, phase, and transition technical solutions into delivery.
- We require experience writing technical and commercial documents, including project scoping documents and proposals.
- We require the ability to explain and present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Were looking for excellent organisational, listening, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- We require the ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet customer and internal deadlines.
- We value problem-solving, analytical and inquisitive thinking, adaptability, self-motivation, innovation, and an interest in emerging technologies.
- Relevant technical certifications are desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power BI, and Copilot is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- We expect you to deliver projects focused on Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, including intranets, file server and SharePoint on-premises migrations, collaboration and document management solutions, and bespoke Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
- You will advise customers on information lifecycle, governance, security, and compliance.
- You will work with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from proof of concept through delivery, meeting agreed timescales, budgets, and deadlines.
- You will participate in relevant pre-sales engagements and create and communicate proposal content to customers and prospects.
- You will support our Sales and Marketing efforts by sharing technical expertise and acting as an advocate for Microsoft Collaboration.
