The Wave in Bristol is seeking an experienced IT Operations and Support Lead to own the technology backbone for a busy guest-facing environment. You’ll lead the in-house support team, manage EPOS, payments, security, CCTV and site systems, and drive practical IT decisions that keep our guests and teams running smoothly.
With 5+ years in hands-on IT, you’ll lead vendor relationships, manage budgets and run projects from scoping to go-live while improving data quality, security and the guest experience.
