An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Meeting & Events Team as an Event Planner.

You’ll work closely with the team to secure profitable bookings for corporate and private events across the resort. You will effectively and efficiently plan outstanding events, working cohesively with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for …

  • Relevant sales or event-related experience in either a proactive or reactive sales environment, ideally within a conference & training or hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including telephone, video calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, going above and beyond to anticipate customer needs.
  • Friendly, hard-working, and eager to expand knowledge and learn new skills.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Confidence to liaise with clients and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to think quickly, respond effectively, and solve problems.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
