About the Role… As Cluster Reservations, Meetings & Events Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and converting reservations and event enquiries across multiple properties. You will work across our cluster hotels to respond to and convert enquiries to confirmed bookings, ensuring accuracy of information, maximum revenue generation, and a seamless guest experience. You will be a confident communicator and highly organised individual, working closely with on-property and central sales teams, revenue and operations teams to ensure that every detail is in place. You will also support with tracking and reporting booking activity and conversion performance across the cluster.
About You… You are highly organised and confident working in a multi-property or cluster environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a reservations, sales, or events role within hospitality is essential. Skilled at managing multiple tasks and systems with accuracy and attention to detail. Commercially minded and passionate about delivering a great guest journey. Comfortable using PMS and CRM systems (experience with Opera, Delphi, or similar is a plus). A team player who collaborates effectively with others while also able to work independently.
