What will I do?

This brand-new role has been created to support the Group HR Director and Business Partners with creating dashboards, interpreting the data from an HR perspective with recommendations, transforming data from various platforms into clear, concise and easy to understand information to help us deliver outstanding service but also to drive performance and support with strategic decision making. Alongside the data side, we are starting to look at more Artificial Intelligence (AI) and be at the forefront, ahead of our competitors to continue our goal of becoming a leader in the industry!
