This is a fantastic opportunity as you’ll be working in a dual role across Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, placing you at the heart of employee growth and talent success.

What will I do?

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Helping to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organisation
  • Coordinating training programmes and maintaining accurate learning records
  • Taking the lead on the onboarding journey for new starters across the group, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to the business
  • Internal contractual amendments and supporting employees through internal career moves

  • Experience in the use of various IT software and systems – excellent MS Office and Excel skills and HR, payroll, ATS, LMS and CMS experience
