We are looking for a hybrid Sales/Account Manager for The QHotels Collection.

Responsibilities:

This is a hybrid role: 70% of your time will be split between working at your allocated hotel(s), customer interaction, face‑to‑face appointments, market‑centric activity, and attending networking and industry events. The remaining 30% will be remote/home working. You’ll identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, manage local and existing accounts and some national accounts, driving and maximising sales revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Pre‑existing experience in hospitality, selling meetings & events, large banqueting, and corporate contracts
  • Account management skills
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Love to network
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
