I am looking for an experienced Property Manager to join my clients family-run, independent agencies team, based in Ilkeston, DE7. You will be working closely with tenants and landlords, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of your property portfolio. You will also be required to conduct property inspections and ensure all properties are compliant with current laws.

The role is suited to experienced Property Managers, Lettings Managers, Property Administrators or Lettings Administrators.

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Liaising with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Full inventory reports

Competitive bonus scheme

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm (Saturday working on a rota)

Benefits: 28 days holiday, workplace pension

Proven Lettings Administration, Property Administration, Lettings Management or Property Management experience is essential - ideally 2 years.

Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential.
