I am currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of my clients Lettings Portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of properties, maintaining high levels of tenant and landlord satisfaction. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to property management.
My client are based in St Albans, AL4, and are offering a competitive salary along with access to a pool car. As such a full UK Driving Licence is required for the position.
Duties:- Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including upselling available units and promoting property features.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial records.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the properties.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and property performance for management review.
- Salary around £30k.
- Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm - no weekends.
