Lettings Manager
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to join my established, leading estate agency based in Oakham, on a full-time, permanent basis.
An extremely rare opportunity has arisen to join the areas leading property professionals as a full-time Lettings Manager within an award-winning, independent Estate & Letting Agent. My client have built a reputation by providing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants with a service that is second to none and is focused on the moving goals of each individual. You\’ll be working with and leading a close-knit, professional team with excellent support from motivated individuals within the office.
About the role:
- Managing a portfolio of properties through the rental process
- Conducting professional and informative property viewings and landlord appraisals
- Managing the rental process from application through to move in, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Ensuring compliance and tasks are completed on time and pro-actively.
- Compiling all appropriate documentation required by legislation for property lettings.
- Communicating and prospecting with prospective clients in an informative and professional manner
Hours & Pay:
- Starting salary around £30,000 – dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission – OTE around £45,000
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Company Car/Car Allowance
About you:
- Proven Lettings Management experience is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Self-motivated attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
