I am seeking an experienced, self-motivated Branch Manager to join my ambitious, growing residential estate agent based in Newcastle, NE29.

If you are a motivated and results-driven estate agent with a passion for leadership and property valuations and are looking for a role where you drive sales whilst delivering exceptional levels of service, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for proven Estate Agency Branch Management and/or Property Valuing experience, an individual who can hit the ground running, leading and shaping the branch to new heights.

About the role:

• Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Conduct property valuations and secure new business opportunities
• Motivate, train, and mentor staff to create a high-performance team
• Monitor branch performance, preparing reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Build strong client relationships, resolving queries and ensuring satisfaction
• Utilise CRM tools to track sales, analyse data, and improve performance
• Collaborate with other departments to align branch objectives with company goal

Hours & Pay:

• Basic salary is negotiable dependent on experience
• Uncapped commission – OTE around £45,000
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

About you:

• Proven experience in estate agency management or as a valuer
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for inspiring and developing a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proactive and strategic mindset, focused on driving continuous improvement
