Role: HR Advisor
Location: Hybrid Working, Bloomsbury, London (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People & Development Team. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive and enjoys building trusted relationships across the business.
Working closely with managers and leaders across our hotels and Central Services teams, you'll provide practical people advice, support positive employee experiences and help drive consistent, fair people decisions. You'll bring strong employee relations expertise, sound judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively, while using data and insight to strengthen management capability and support our values-driven culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
As an HR Advisor , you will provide expert people advice and guidance across our hotels, Central Services teams and Little Bill & Impress Laundry. Working closely with managers and leaders, you'll help create a positive employee experience while ensuring people matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation.
