Royal Central School of Speech and Drama is seeking a Fundraising Manager (Philanthropy) to lead major gifts initiatives within the high-performing Fundraising Team. Starting in its 120th anniversary year, the role focuses on renewing and securing five- and six-figure donations to support students, the estate, and beneficiaries.
The postholder will build their own donor pipeline, make high-value asks, and ensure timely grant fulfilment and impact reporting.
