About the Role
We are seeking creative, confident, and camera-ready individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Stream Hosts. In this role, you’ll engage with audiences through live sessions and short-form content, showcasing a range of trending products — from beauty and fashion items to home and lifestyle goods. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your on-camera presence, gain e-commerce experience, and contribute to a fast-growing social commerce team.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok live streams to promote products such as false eyelashes, press-on nails, lip liners, women’s jackets, and home textiles (bedding, sheets, etc.)
- Create and appear in short-form video content and product demonstrations
- Support light e-commerce tasks including product setup, content planning, and coordination
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to refine live-stream strategy and improve audience engagement
Working Hours
- 4–7 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Schedule may vary and can be flexible depending on production needs
Performance & Benefits
- Commission: 3%–5% of account GMV (tiered bonus structure)
- Additional perks: Free product samples and brand gifts
- Performance bonuses: Quarterly or annual rewards based on team sales goals

Requirements
- Confident on-camera presence and fluent English communication
- Passion for beauty, fashion, or home products
- Previous experience with TikTok, live streaming, or social media content creation preferred
- Must be based near Manchester or Blackburn and available for on-site filming sessions
