Central Recruitment is looking for an experienced TIG welder to work at a well-established company within the Accrington area. This is a temporary to permanent position, working day shifts Monday to Thursday at 6:30am-4:30pm. Previous TIG welding experience is essential for this role.
Job requirements:
- Setting and assembling metal parts for the use of manufacturing while working in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Cutting and drilling of different material structures with fine precision ensuring a quality finish.
- Showcasing a variety of welding techniques with precision in addition to dressing with care.
- Confidently reading, identifying and interpreting blueprint drawings.
- Show practice of the correct health and safety procedures.
- Positioning parts in jigs and fixtures, on a bench or floor, and clamping parts together alongside layout markings.
- Any other duties that fall within the job title as required.

- Self-motivated.
- Keen eye for attention to detail.
- Practice health and safety around the workplace.
- Excellent work ethics, punctual, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Follow instructions and take constructive criticism when needed.
