A fantastic opportunity for an experienced sheet metal worker has become available to take on a permanent role. Our client has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of the highest quality.
As a Sheet Metal Worker your role will include:
- An ability to accurately read engineering drawings and follow them, ensuring all work is efficient, precise and accurate.
- Experience of sheet metal working hand tools and equipment i.e. Guillotine, CNC brake press.
- Preparation of welded parts (sanding) in readiness for polishing process.
- Tidiness of the production area.
- Maintenance of machinery and allocated hand tools.
- Good housekeeping.
The normal hours of work are from 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday (4 day week), with a 30 minute unpaid break for lunch.
Salary: From £16.00 to £17.00 per hour dependent on experience.
Start Date: ASAP.
