A fantastic opportunity for an experienced sheet metal worker has become available to take on a permanent role. Our client has over 20 years' experience in the manufacturing of the highest quality.

As a Sheet Metal Worker your role will include:

  • An ability to accurately read engineering drawings and follow them, ensuring all work is efficient, precise and accurate.
  • Experience of sheet metal working hand tools and equipment i.e. Guillotine, CNC brake press.
  • Preparation of welded parts (sanding) in readiness for polishing process.
  • Tidiness of the production area.
  • Maintenance of machinery and allocated hand tools.
  • Good housekeeping.

The normal hours of work are from 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday (4 day week), with a 30 minute unpaid break for lunch.

Salary: From £16.00 to £17.00 per hour depending on experience.

Start Date: ASAP.
