We are seeking reliable and motivated Process Operators to join a busy production team based in Darwen. This role offers opportunities for skill development and long-term progression within a supportive and inclusive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all site Health and Safety procedures at all times
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets and quality standards
  • Carry out a variety of production activities, such as operating equipment, assembling products, inspection, and general site duties
  • Participate in training to develop additional skills across different areas of production

Shift Details:

  • 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends (with scheduled breaks)
  • Working on a rotating shift pattern averaging 38 hours per week
  • Includes rostered days off throughout the year

About You:

  • Previous experience in a production or process-based environment is desirable
  • Strong focus on health and safety
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and timekeeping skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive approach to work
