We are seeking reliable and motivated Process Operators to join a busy production team based in Darwen. This role offers opportunities for skill development and long-term progression within a supportive and inclusive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all site Health and Safety procedures at all times
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets and quality standards
- Carry out a variety of production activities, such as operating equipment, assembling products, inspection, and general site duties
- Participate in training to develop additional skills across different areas of production
Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends (with scheduled breaks)
- Working on a rotating shift pattern averaging 38 hours per week
- Includes rostered days off throughout the year
About You:
- Previous experience in a production or process-based environment is desirable
- Strong focus on health and safety
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and timekeeping skills
- Self-motivated with a positive approach to work
