Central Recruitment is currently recruiting Support Workers in the Twickenham area to provide high-quality care and support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Communications Needs and Mobility Needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives by promoting independence, dignity, wellbeing, and inclusion in a person-centred environment. We have work available in various shift patterns, including early, late, waking nights, and sleep-ins.
Key responsibilities: The role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, including:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Administering medication
- Attending health appointments
- Community access and outings
- Budgeting and daily living support
- Laundry and household tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
We’d love to hear from candidates who are:
- Experienced in supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
- Patient, caring, and respectful in their approach
- Confident supporting individuals with different communication needs
- Reliable, proactive, and professional
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Further requirements: In order to register with Central Recruitment Services for temporary agency work, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Current valid right to work in the UK
- Minimum 12 months’ of paid experience in a frontline social care role within the last 3 years (unless recruitment criteria states otherwise)
- A fully enhanced DBS registered on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one through Central (at a cost of £60)
- Employment or education history to cover the last 5 years which can be verified through the referencing process
