Central Recruitment is working with an organisation that provides supported housing and living services to vulnerable adults suffering from mental health conditions and homelessness. Our client is currently recruiting for two Team Leaders to work in the Lewisham area. One role is based within a 79-bed service supporting individuals with mental health needs, while the other is within an 80-bed service supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs, including mental health challenges and substance misuse.

  • 45 hours per week
  • Working across Monday - Sunday, with a requirement to work every other weekend
  • Shifts: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Temporary: approx. 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent
  • £18.44 per hour (£16.45 per hour, with £1.99 holiday pay)

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the service and provide leadership to the staff team
  • Ensure staff receive appropriate training, supervision, guidance, and support to perform their roles effectively
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, families, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure safe staffing levels and appropriate management cover across the service
  • Manage petty cash in line with company policies
