Familiarise yourself with the challenges young people face, especially those at risk of homelessness or dealing with mental health issues. This knowledge will help you answer questions confidently and show your genuine interest in the role.

✨Share Your Experiences

Be ready to discuss your relevant experiences in detail. Think of specific examples where you've supported young people or individuals with mental health needs. ✨Ask Thoughtful Questions

At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions! This shows your enthusiasm for the role and helps you gauge if the organisation is the right fit for you. Inquire about the support systems in place for staff, training opportunities, or how they measure success in supporting their clients.
