Central Recruitment is currently working with a local authority dedicated to preventing people from becoming homeless and supporting individuals in finding long-term, affordable and sustainable housing. Our client is currently recruiting for a Project Worker to work in the Ilford area at a service that provides supported housing accommodation to clients with complex needs and a history of rough sleeping.
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
- Shifts: 08:00 - 16:00 and 14:00 - 22:00
- Temporary: approx. 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension
- £17.76 per hour (£15.85 per hour, with £1.91 holiday pay)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Hold a caseload of 8-9 key clients and carry out key working responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive needs and risk assessments, risk management and support plans
- Ensure the building is free of any slips and trips meeting Health and Safety requirements
- Ensure new clients are made to feel comfortable and are given appropriate information
- Carry out weekly/daily flat inspections for the residents at the service
- Interview and assess referrals to ensure the criteria is met
