The predicted salary is between 23.4 - 23.4 £ per hour.

Central Recruitment is working with a London-based charity dedicated to creating positive change for families and young people who have been impacted by violence, exploitation and trauma. Our client is currently recruiting for two hybrid Expert Violence and Exploitation Caseworkers. These roles involve supporting children and young people who have been exposed to or are at risk of exploitation or violence, helping them to achieve safety and positive outcomes.

  • 32 hours - 4 day working week
  • Between Monday - Friday
  • Shifts: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Temporary: approx. 6 months
  • £23.40 per hour (£20.16 per hour, with £3.24 holiday pay)

Please note: this role is a hybrid role which requires you to work remotely and travel across London, meeting young people in the community or where they are based. An induction will be held at the Head Office and a laptop and phone provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build safe, trusting relationships with young people in high-risk situations and with complex needs, ensuring their voice is heard and represented
  • Deliver appropriate interventions for young people affected by violence, exploitation, and involvement with the criminal justice system
  • Conduct robust risk and strengths-based assessments, prioritising safeguarding and effective risk management
  • Ensure young people receive tailored support to meet their assessed needs
