Central Recruitment is recruiting a Lead Worker for a Westminster-based service supporting former rough sleepers. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours 10:00–16:00. It is a temporary position of approximately 3 months, with a pay rate of £17.14 per hour plus holiday pay.
The Lead Worker will manage a caseload, support referrals into the RSAP, assess needs, and safeguard vulnerable clients while working in a trauma-informed, person-centred manner.
