Central Training is a dynamic training company, delivering nationwide bespoke Training, Consultancy and eLearning solutions to organisations within the public, private and not for profit sectors. The vast majority of the company’s training and associated services are targeted at organisations, managers and support staff, working within the Health, Housing and Social Care Sectors, although we are increasingly providing our training solutions to other industries including museums and schools.

Central Training works with its Associate Trainers on a ‘Business to Business’ basis. Quality processes, administration, credit control and operational technologies are all provided and managed by Central Training.

We have a continuous demand for industry specialist Associate Trainers with previous experience delivering dynamic, interactive and engaging training courses across a range of health and social care courses. This includes Professional Development courses such as:

  • Safeguarding (both Safeguarding Adults & Children and Safeguarding for Managers & DSLs)
  • Professional Boundaries
  • Housing Management & Tenancy Sustainment.

Key Associate Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Design Course Profiles outlining the content and learning outcomes for marketing purposes
  • Meet with Central Training and its clients to tailor training materials
  • Prepare comprehensive materials for delegates
