Central Park Surgery in Leyland is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. You will provide evidence-based nursing care and work closely with GPs, healthcare assistants and the wider practice to support both acute and long-term health needs.
Essential duties include infection prevention, chronic disease management, wound care, patient education and contributing to well woman/man clinics, with opportunity to lead nursing protocols and audits.
